Your Role

The Controller will serve as the senior accounting leader, responsible for managing all financial operations within the organization. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strategic oversight of accounting processes. The Controller will partner with executive leadership to support sustainable growth, maintain fiscal integrity, and implement best practices in financial management.

What You'll Be Doing

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Oversee preparation of accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, state and federal regulations, and health insurance industry standards.
• Coordinate annual audits and regulatory filings (including Medicare / Medi-Cal cost reports, IRS 990, and state insurance reporting).
