Registered Nurse (RN) – Job DetailsLouisville, KYPay: $55.00/hourSchedule: Full-Time
  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Includes weekends
Position Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleCrown Staffing is hiring experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. In this role, you will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure the best possible outcomes.This is a great opportunity for nurses who thrive in dynamic settings and are committed to delivering exceptional care.Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians and leadership
  • Perform admissions and ongoing patient assessments
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care management
  • Assist with discharge planning and care transitions
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records
  • Support physicians during exams, treatments, and procedures
  • Follow all hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (BSN, ADN, or Diploma)
  • Active and unrestricted RN license in Kentucky (or compact license)
  • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months recent medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting
  • ICU and telemetry experience required
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation
  • Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments
