• 2 years experience in Cardiac / Cath Lab required
• EPIC CUPID emr experience required
• NO 1st time travelers, must have completed at least '1' travel contract in previous 12 mos
• NO locals within 50 miles of Allen Hospital
• Radius rule : min. 50 miles, no locals
• NBO : 16 hrs
• Requires 50% call including every other weekend and every other holiday
• Required Certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• State Licenses : Iowa
• EMR : EPIC
• JANUARY 26 start. No sooner, no later
