Work Hours : 8 hour minimum work day with opportunity for overtime / OT pay and double pay on Sundays (infrequent) as project needs arise.Travel roughly 30%.

Location : Runnemede, NJ

Compensation : Starting at $20-24 / hr without CDL and $22-26 / hr with a valid CDL, increasing with experience and licensure. Overtime / OT pay available.

Job Summary :

Join Summit Drilling as a Driller's Assistant / Assistant Driller, where you'll play a vital role in supporting daily operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Reporting to the Driller, you'll assist in equipment maintenance, site preparation, and field tasks execution, contributing to a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Driller Assistant Role Responsibilities :

Adhere to all safety programs and policies.

Conduct daily checks and routine maintenance of drilling equipment.

Assist in site setup, material handling, and waste management.

Interact professionally with clients.

Assist in accurate data collection and reporting.

Work cooperatively with the drilling team.

Monitor drilling operations for quality adherence.

Understand and follow emergency protocols.

Participate in learning and development programs.
