Required certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing pending. PBDS Assessment is waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled. EFFECTIVE 9 / 30 / 22 : Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. Exemption is temporary and will be honored until further notice.
