Job description

Hiring both a fulltime Physical Therapist

and PRN Physical Therapists

We have an amazing opportunity for you! Very Flexible Schedule!

Position : Physical Therapist Hours : 2-6 hours per week

Location : Santa Fe Care Center Skilled Nursing Facility, Santa Fe, NM 87505 Phone : (505)-982-2574

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct new admission and occasional long-term care evaluations PRN
  • Provide supervision and e-sign notes for two dedicated Physical Therapy Assistants weekly

    Requirements :

  • Physical Therapy Degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Must be able to complete Physical Therapy Evaluations, Supervision, Collaboration, Safety and Compliance, Education, Plan of Care and Treatment programs, Documentation
  • Lifting Requirements :

    • Ability to lift and support up to 50 pounds safely

  • Assist patients with mobility, including transfers from bed to wheelchair, etc
  • Use proper body mechanics to prevent injury to self and others
