Job description

Job Title : Business Systems Analyst (Contract) - Job#5707

Location : Atlanta, GA (Preferred) or DC

  • . Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role

  • Discover, document, and consolidate existing enterprise-scale business process artifacts (e.g., content lifecycle, P2P).
  • Map processes to organizational units, technologies, and regions in LeanIX to support restructuring decisions.
  • Maintain and steward process artifacts through the restructuring period, ensuring continuity until hand-off to a new BPM practice in 2026.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to validate process-technology-organization views.

    • Must Have Skills / Requirements

    1) Experience with Process Model Management

    a. 5+ years of experience; Curate a portfolio of process models performing discovery, collation, and promotion activities.

    2) Experience with Cross-Domain Mapping

    a. 5+ years of experience; Mapping processes to business and technical contexts such as business capabilities and applications.

    3) Experience with Stakeholder Facilitation

    a. 5+ years of experience; Ability to work with both senior business leaders and technical stakeholders. Focus on alignment, listening, and understanding needs.

    Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements

    1) Experience working with a modern business outcome driven enterprise architecture team.

    Soft Skills :

    1) Experience with Process Modelling

    2) Experience with Cross-Domain Mapping

    3) Experience with Stakeholder Facilitation

    Technology Requirements :

    1) Expertise with operating an enterprise scale BPM tool. (Signavio, etc.)

    2) ServiceNOW APM / SPM / CMDB experience or exposure.

    3) SAP LeanIX experience or exposure.

    4) Colibra or Apptio exposure.

    Education / Certifications

    1) None required.

    1) 1st round screening with HM

    2) 2nd round panel interview with Enterprise Architecture Leads
