Ready to own the final step in packaging?

Do you enjoy tuning machinery until it runs just right? Can you spot a defect from a mile away? At our Minneapolis, MN, 55428 facility, we’re hiring for the 2nd or 3rd shift on a 4x10 schedule—so you’ll wrap up each week with a 3-day weekend. You’ll run Vega and Bobst folder-gluers to turn flat blanks into precise, production-ready cartons.

Imagine this

Your shift begins by reviewing the job ticket. You set guides, adjust glue wheels, and square feeders. As the run starts, you hover over belts and compression sections, making micro-adjustments to keep quality locked in. You log counts, verify specs, and, when something drifts, you troubleshoot fast—keeping output on time and on target.

What you'll handle

• Set up and operate folder-gluing machines for consistent, high-quality production.
• Track machine performance and adjust parameters to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Inspect finished cartons to ensure they meet all specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance and resolve operational / mechanical issues.
• Coordinate with teammates to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.
• Keep the area clean and organized while following safety procedures.
• Document production activity and flag discrepancies to supervisors.
