Registered Nurse – Post-Acute Care (Oahu, Hawaii)\n\nAbout the Role\nGreen Door is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii. • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Post-Acute Care setting\n
• Administer medications and monitor patients' responses to treatment\n
• Assess patient conditions and communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans\n
• Monitor vital signs, manage pain, and support patients' comfort and recovery\n
• Assist with diagnostic tests and medical procedures as needed\n
• Educate and support patients' families on treatment protocols and home care practices\n\nQualifications\n
• Active US Registered Nurse (RN) license\n
• Experience in post-acute, geriatric, or related healthcare settings preferred\n
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills\n
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to delivering the highest standards of care\n\nRequirements\n
• Valid US Registered Nurse\n
• Valid Visa Screen Certicate\n
• Visa holder of F1 and TNs are open to apply\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills\n
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment\n
• Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical ethics\n
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills\n
