Quality Assurance Supervisor (DAL)

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead our QA team and ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and HACCP standards. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering a stable, long-term role in a growing manufacturing operation.

$65–$75 / hr (DOE) | 1st Shift : 7 : 00am–3 : 30pm.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and train QA staff; maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Oversee batch records, inspections, and sanitation reports.
• Lead investigations for deviations, complaints, and CAPAs.
• Conduct GMP audits and ensure food safety plan compliance.
• Manage supplier qualification and employee training records.

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in a manufacturing environment.
