About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Vice President (EVP) for Nuclear Inspection, Quality, and Testing. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading and expanding this mission-critical business unit, with a focus on full P&L ownership, strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. This senior executive will be responsible for driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and profitability while ensuring compliance with stringent nuclear regulatory standards. The role demands a leader with deep technical expertise in nuclear operations, including outage support, O&M, testing, QA / QC, and inspection services, as well as the capability to manage a large-scale organization.

Key responsibilities for the EVP include overseeing all operational, financial, and strategic aspects of the division, driving P&L performance, and developing and implementing strategic growth plans. The role also involves maintaining excellence across various operations, ensuring a culture of safety, reliability, and quality, and serving as the primary executive point of contact for customers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years' experience in the utility or energy sector, with a specific focus on nuclear operations, and at least 8 years in a senior leadership role with direct P&L oversight. A technical undergraduate degree in engineering, nuclear science, or a related field, along with a graduate-level degree, is required. The EVP must have a proven track record in business growth strategy, a deep understanding of nuclear practices and the regulatory environment, and strong expertise in contract negotiation, resource planning, and performance management.
