Change Management Trainer
BizFirst is supporting our client in the search for a full-time Change Management Trainer to support enterprise change management and user enablement efforts across a dynamic federal modernization program. This role is central to developing and delivering training, coordinating with functional teams, and supporting user adoption initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced in training delivery, development, and integration with testing and change teams.
Our client is a specialized management consulting firm that engages experienced professionals and consultants to support the federal government with strategic project execution, financial process optimization, advanced IT solutions, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation. Through innovative transformations, they develop and implement strategies to optimize operations for military departments and agencies across the U.S. Federal Government.
As a Change Management Trainer, you will support ongoing change initiatives through hands-on training development, delivery, and planning efforts. You will participate in daily and weekly scrum meetings, develop training documentation, and collaborate with change and user acceptance testing (UAT) teams. You will also create training content to include training videos, user guides, quick-reference docs, and manuals.
