Overview

Night shift schedule : 9pm - 8am (11-hour shifts). Average 7 admits per night — 17 patients per day. Hospital-based practice with ICU coverage. Hospitalist team manages codes. Flexible scheduling — minimum 5 shifts monthly. Alternative shifts available : days (7am - 7pm) and swing (4pm - 12am). Ongoing coverage opportunity. Open ICU setting. We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly. We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage. We simplify the credentialing and privileging process.
