Operations Strategy & Integration Manager

We're looking for an Operations Strategy & Integration Manager to lead the development, alignment, and execution of our multi-year Factory Master Plan (FMP) and 5-Year Operations & Engineering Roadmap.

What You'll Do

• Shape the Vision : Build and maintain a living Factory Master Plan and 5-Year Roadmap that integrate capital planning, capacity needs, and workforce readiness.
• Drive Strategic Projects : Coordinate and track initiatives that expand our capacity, modernize operations, and prepare the factory for future products and growth.
• Enable Change : Align cross-functional strategies, support project execution, and help associates understand the "why" behind key transformation initiatives.
• Connect the Dots : Partner with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and other teams to turn big-picture goals into clear, actionable steps.
