Position summary : Responsible for proposal / pursuit coordination and marketing efforts for the assigned region. This position is not eligible for employer based sponsorship with the exception of the TN visa classification.
Compensation for this position is $32-35 per hour, commensurate with experience, education and certifications. The provided range is a good faith estimate based on the requirements described within the job description. We recognize that candidates may have varying levels of experience, and the actual salary range may differ from the estimate provided.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate, prepare, and review standard government form proposals, expressions of interest, technical proposals, and presentations.
Coordinate all phases of the pursuit process from kick-off to production, delivery, and proposal closeout.
Develop pursuit outlines.Participate in pre-proposal meetings, kick-off meetings, debriefings, etc.Prepare major sections of pursuits (e.g., project descriptions and resumes) tailored for specific pursuits. Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop other pursuit content.Coordinate pursuit production (typing, graphics, editing, reproduction), printing and delivery, with emphasis on QA / QC.Assist with presentation preparation and materials.Produce consistently compliant, high-quality submissions while delivering exceptional customer service.Provide Marketing essential functions and responsibilities as required.Complete data entry for marketing databases, track leads go / no go decisions, and record wins or losses.Maintain visually appealing marketing materials including resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, photographs, and subconsultant information.Collaborate with technical staff, administrative staff, and marketing staff in other offices, as well as outside vendors, subconsultants, and clients.Perform administrative duties related to marketing such as filing and data entry.Research sources such as websites, newspapers, magazines, and other business publications to identify project opportunities for professional services; enter data for opportunities into the marketing database (CRM) and track go / no-go decisions and wins / losses.Gather information, conduct market research about prospects / clients / projects, and contribute to the development of business collateral to support strategic growth.Generate reports for technical staff on marketing efforts when required.Support office, regional, and corporate marketing efforts.Adhere to JMT's Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 9001 : 2015 Marketing procedures.Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities

Work is performed within a general office environment 95% of the time. The job is generally sedentary but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc., within the office environment.
