Project Manager (Construction)

House Buyers of America is seeking a Field Manager responsible for project management of home renovations. This role oversees 3-6 projects monthly, including bidding, permitting, and ensuring timely completion.

Requirements :

• Manage 3-6 projects per month within set timelines
• Recruit and manage contracts with trades and subcontractors
• Reduce costs and streamline construction processes
• Manage project timelines and respond to inspections
• Deliver equipment to sites if needed
• Conduct final inspections and document properties
