Role Overview

Picogrid is seeking a senior product manager to own key product initiatives across our portfolio of hardware-integrated software systems. You'll play a central role in shaping how our products evolve, translating customer needs into actionable plans, and working closely with engineering, design, and operations to deliver solutions that matter.

This is a hands-on role focused on driving product strategy and execution. You'll work directly with military users, government partners, and internal teams to shape products that are intuitive, fast, and reliable under pressure. Success requires deep user empathy, technical fluency, and the ability to balance immediate operational needs with long-term platform growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Prioritize features and initiatives, weighing user impact, technical feasibility, and resource constraints.
• Act as the voice of the user : conduct discovery with operators and program managers to deeply understand workflows and operational challenges.
• Translate complex, real-world requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering and design through the full product lifecyclefrom concept and prototyping to launch and iteration.
• Coordinate with business development and field operations to ensure seamless deployments and customer success.
• Track product performance through usage data and feedback loops, continuously improving product quality and usability.
• Stay informed about emerging defense, autonomy, and AI technologies to keep Picogrid's platform ahead of the curve.
