Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the overall operations of multiple restaurants, including recruiting, hiring, training, management development, and budget management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage restaurant teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
