The Store Manager at Diamonds Direct is a visible store leader as well as producer on the sales floor. You will be responsible for collaborating with local store GMs and VPs in representing Diamonds Direct through designated functions and various marketing opportunities, be directly involved in training and developing sales professionals, all while being a direct role model of appropriate sales techniques through developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and coaching employees to demonstrate the same exemplary customer service that you can only get at Diamonds Direct!
