As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. As a Manager you will supervise and mentor teams, fostering meaningful client relationships and navigating complex challenges. What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

7 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering preferred

Certifications and / or technical implementation experience with applications such as SEW SCM / SmartCX, SEW SMW, Oracle CC&B, SAP IS-U, SAP S / 4, CRM applications, etc.

Demonstrating technical leadership in enterprise-level applications

Managing technical resources and vendor relationships

Understanding DevOps and CI / CD methodologies

Keeping up with Power and Utilities Industry technology trends

Conducting journey mapping and persona creation

Facilitating testing and validation of customer experience solutions

Working with stakeholders to build technology roadmaps

The salary range for this position is : $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
