Job Title : Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator responsible for operating molding, machining, casting, and other manufacturing machines. The role requires rotating across various machines and processes, placing proper inserts on the mold table for forming, and filling and packing boxes with sand in a warm environment. You will utilize hand tools to remove molds and trim flash from parts as per work orders and conduct visual inspections of parts for any flaws or defects. You will also be responsible for stacking and palletizing all products for quality control, lifting up to 100 lbs throughout the day, and occasionally operating a forklift. Quality control and careful machine operation are paramount.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding, machining, casting, and other manufacturing machines.
• Rotate across various machines and processes.
• Place proper inserts on the mold table for forming.
• Fill and pack boxes with sand, working in a warm environment.
• Use hand tools to remove molds and trim flash from parts according to work orders.
• Conduct visual inspections of parts for any flaws or defects.
• Stack and palletize all products for quality control.
• Lift up to 100 lbs throughout the course of the day.
• Occasionally operate a forklift.
• Maintain quality control with careful machine operation.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00 / hr.
