Hospitality & Home Quality Manager (Guest Services Representative)

About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented Hospitality & Home Quality Manager to join our luxury vacation property team. In this role, you'll be the welcoming face for guests while also ensuring our homes meet the highest standards of comfort, cleanliness, and quality. From greeting guests to inspecting homes and coordinating property readiness, you'll play a vital part in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout .
Inspect all homes before and after guest stays for damages; promptly report and communicate findings to management and guests when necessary.
Oversee and coordinate the cleaning and condition of each property to ensure it meets luxury brand standards prior to check-in.
Stock homes with required supplies prior to guest arrivals; order, deliver, and replace items across multiple properties in the Valley.
Run errands, assist with paperwork, make calls, and follow up on guest or property needs.
Serve as the main point of contact for guests, ensuring all needs are anticipated, addressed, and exceeded.
Work directly with cleaning teams and vendors to ensure smooth property turnover and readiness.
Schedule Requirements
Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
Sundays are required.
Typically 8-hour shifts, with Saturday off.
Qualifications
3+ years of hospitality or customer service experience (hotel, resort, or property management preferred).
Strong familiarity with iPad / iPhone or Droid devices for processing guest information and checklists.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Reliable transportation (required).
Comfortable managing large groups and luxury properties before and after checkouts.
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
Professional, polished appearance with a warm and approachable demeanor.
