Great Place Construction (GPC) is a private construction firm that specializes in building projects. We are looking for responsible individuals to join our team and train in all aspects of construction work! Advancement opportunities you are coming in on the ground floor, work for us and move up as we grow. GPC is seeking a Superintendent in Training. This person will monitor construction projects for their entire lifecycle.

Responsibilities :

• On-Site Project Administration
• Document Review
• Daily Inspection / Logging
• Safety Inspection
• Inspection Coordination
• Schedule Management / Coordination
• Cost Management
• Personnel Management
• Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback.
• Technical management / participation with field personnel in self performed trade work, demolition, concrete, carpentry, etc.
• Subcontractor Coordination
• Quality Control
• Coordination with Project Management Team
• Provide Progress and Project Updates
• Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly.
