Direct Hire Physical Therapist Role $80,000-$120,000 per year in Darien, Connecticut

Clinical Magnet (Part of ICON Medical) is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our partner’s full-time team in the Darien, Connecticut  area.

This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY

Key Responsibilities for the Physical Therapist :

  • Perform 1-hour evaluations and 30-minute follow-up sessions, focusing on athletes and sports-related injuries.
  • Develop and guide treatment plans that prioritize patient recovery and long-term performance.
  • Collaborate with local athletic programs, including training high school teams in football, lacrosse, swimming, and more.
  • Support and mentor colleagues, with opportunities for leadership and professional growth.
  • Deliver patient-centered care in a state-of-the-art facility, with no pressure on productivity quotas.

Key Requirements for the Physical Therapist :

  • 2+ years of physical therapy experience (sports medicine or outpatient ortho strongly preferred).
  • Strong leadership capability and ability to connect with patients, athletes, and families.
  • Active Connecticut Physical Therapy License.
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

    • Compensation and Schedule for the Physical Therapist :

  • Salary range : $80,000–$120,000 (can have flexibility on salary based off of experience)
  • Comprehensive benefits package : medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k with company match .
  • $1,500 annual CEU allowance with flexibility for further education.
  • Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends / no on-call . Flexible shifts (7a–3p or 11a–7p), with early Friday afternoons (out by 3–4pm).
