Banquet Set Up Supervisor
White Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award-winning, premium-brand hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants in some of the country's best cities to live. As Banquet Set Up Supervisor, you will lead the banquet set-up team to ensure flawless execution of events, creating memorable experiences for every guest.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise banquet housepersons and oversee staffing levels to ensure timely and efficient event set-up and breakdown.
- Assign duties to team members, schedule shifts, and monitor performance to maintain service levels within labor models.
- Ensure proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms are available and in good condition for all associates.
- Assist in training, interviewing, and onboarding new associates while reinforcing a positive team culture.
- Oversee meeting room set-up, tear down, and refreshes according to banquet event orders (BEOs) and handle last-minute requests.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of banquet areas, storerooms, and equipment while following all health and safety standards.
