Job Description

A healthcare network in California is actively seeking a licensed Family Medicine Physician to join one of their federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) in Los Angeles.

About the Opportunity :

  • Schedule : Monday to Friday
  • Hours : 9am to 5pm (with one later night per week)
  • Setting : Outpatient
  • Speciality : Primary Care
  • Patient Population : All ages

Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages in an outpatient community health setting
  • Perform routine physicals, preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visit evaluations
  • Support underserved and diverse populations with a focus on access, equity, and continuity of care
  • Collaborate with behavioral health, care management, dental, and specialty referral teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow quality metrics, compliance standards, and value-based care goals

    • Qualifications :

  • Licensed to practice medicine in the state of California
  • Board Certified / Eligible in Family Medicine

    • Desired Skills :

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish or Korean)
