Energy Litigation Associate - Huntington Office / Remote

What We’re Looking For :

• Active West Virginia Bar license (Pennsylvania Bar admission is a major plus!)
• O-5 years of experience examining titles, drafting title opinions, and performing curative work
• Previous work in energy and mineral resources law
• Eagerness to take on additional responsibilities, including drafting and editing deeds, leases, assignments, agreements, and other real estate-related contracts
