Facility : Acute Care Hospital – Surgical Services

Contract Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 24 / 2025 – End : 2 / 23 / 2026)

Shift : Day shifts, 3x12-hour (07 : 00 – 19 : 00)

Hours per Week : 36 (Guaranteed)

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1950-$2100

On-Call : One weeknight per week & one weekend per month

Scrubs : Provided

Charting : EPIC electronic medical records

Parking : Facility paid

RNFA Job Requirements – Healthcare Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of RNFA experience (2 years preferred)

Active Registered Nurse license in Washington State

BLS certification (required)

ACLS and CRNFA certifications (preferred)

Travel nursing experience required

Experience with EPIC charting system preferred

Community hospital and trauma level I / II experience preferred

Operating Room RNFA Responsibilities

Assist surgeons in general, orthopedic, urology, and neuro spine procedures

Support a daily surgical caseload of approximately 25 cases

Perform advanced perioperative RNFA duties : wound closure, tissue handling, instrument processing

Participate in on-call rotation (one weeknight per week, one weekend per month)

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams : physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy

Adhere to aseptic technique and patient safety protocols

Utilize EPIC for patient charting and clinical documentation

Provide care for diverse patient populations : adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, geriatrics
