As a key leader for our quickly growing Enterprise business, Supernovas Demand Generation Manager will oversee our marketing strategy to drive and nurture high-quality leads and usage. You will have the opportunity to design, execute, and optimize all programs, channels, and tooling to guide prospects through every stage of the funnel, and you will collaborate closely with our sales and product teams to realize the company vision within our market. The Demand Generation manager will also ensure Supernovas messaging resonates with the right audience at the right time to amplify and cement our reputation as a category leader.

At Supernova, youll be responsible for :
- Building and executing scalable demand gen programs across all channels (organic and paid) to ensure highly qualified pipeline for our sales team
- Creatively developing segmentation strategies and personalized outreach initiatives that align with buyer personas
- Managing pacing and budget allocation against positive ROI
- Staying current with best practices and emerging trends in marketing tooling to implement a best-in-class tech stack that supports scalable campaigns
- Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations, then optimizing results and identifying new opportunities
- Implementing and refining lead scoring models to prioritize conversion efforts effectively
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to orchestrate integrated campaigns
We want to hear from you if you :
Have 2+ years of relevant marketing experience within a B2B SaaS environment, especially working with consumption-based revenue modelsBring experience from within demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketingHave hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and familiarity with SalesforceExcel in fast-paced environments, embracing experimentation, iteration, and continuous learningThrive on data-driven decision-making and are organized and methodical in approachKnow how to collaborate cross-functionally, aligning marketing, product, and sales around shared objectives for lead generation and pipeline growthOur offer to you :
