Job Description

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA :

Licensed in the state of Maryland as LGSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC and degree : behavioral or social science; or related disciplines appropriate to the position. Additionally, you will need to submit copies of your licensing credentials and successfully complete a criminal background check, TB test, pre-employment medical examination before you can be appointed into this position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide Individual and Family Therapy
• Ensure timely documentation in the practice management system
• Compliance with Key Performance Indicators such as Productivity, Meeting Attendance, Required Trainings, Quality Assurance Committees, and Agency Initiatives
• Monitor and record client progress with respect to treatment goals.
• Complete biannual reassessments on assigned clients
• Refer client, or family to needed to supportive services, as needed
• Modify treatment plans according to changes in client status.
• Adhere to the practice standards and ethical guidelines established by the agency.
• Maintains employee file with current documentation.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $60,000 - $70,000 per year
