Lock Order Process Clerk

GENERAL DUTIES

• Ensure the customer orders are properly filled out and completed.
• Handles time sensitive and confidential documentation.
• Issue and control keys used by employees.
• Distribute pin orders to hand pinners and/or Maromatic operators.
• Verify and complete paperwork for key destruction.
• Communicate with quality control on orders scheduled to ship for the day/ week.
• Organize and prioritize the work order schedule to ensure the orders are shipped on time.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Clean and Verifiable background screen and credit check required.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2-3 years related invemtory control experience and/or training.
• Banking or Vault experience.
• Casino cage experience.
• Ability to carry out assignments to completion.
• Must be able to read and process work orders for production.
• Computer literacy, to include word processing, spreadsheet software, and database applications.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Work involves walking, talking, hearing, and using material handling equipment.
• Vision abilities requires close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth
• Required to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50 lbs. continually.
• May be required to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Moderately loud noise levels in plant environment.

• 5 8 hour shifts
• Day shift
