Licensed Psychologist Peer Reviewer

A company is looking for a Psychologist Peer Reviewer in Utilization Management.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct clinical reviews for service authorization and appeals of previously denied services

Compose and enter clinical determinations in compliance with regulations

Participate in consultations, staff meetings, and trainings as required

Required Qualifications

Independently licensed doctoral level Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in the state of residence

3+ years of post-licensure experience

Experience working with insurance companies for authorizations and peer reviews

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Ability to work independently and collaborate with clinical teams
