ATCS is seeking a highly motivated, multi-faceted Traffic Engineer to join our growing team in Glen Allen, VA! This is a hybrid role with four days per week required onsite in one of our ATCS offices.

Responsibilities :

• Perform roadway intersection, interchange, and corridor transportation planning studies from start to finish. Ability to identify and diagnose study needs, perform traffic forecasting and future year analysis, develop alternative options, and produce documentation in support of grant funding applications.
• Deliver traffic operations and safety analyses to support traffic engineering and roadway design projects.
• Communicate technical information during multi-agency and multi-discipline study working group meetings.

Our employees are the most critical part of ATCS. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, with a target 2% of the employee's annualized salary.
