Job Description

PCG is looking for talented students to join our 2026 Summer Internship Program at our Corporate Headquarters in Lenexa, KS! This is a full-time paid internship supporting our Data Enablement Team during the summer of 2026.

Applicants for the Summer program should be able to commit to a 10-week internship, Monday through Friday from 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm.

This role is responsible for assisting with the following :

• Support the Data Enablement team in collecting, organizing, and analyzing business data
• Assist with building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decision-making
• Clean, transform, and validate datasets for accuracy and consistency
• Perform exploratory data analysis and document key findings
• Help automate recurring reporting processes
• Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutions
• Maintain excellent records of work completed and document analysis processes
• Support ongoing data quality initiatives and governance practices
• Manage, execute, and document assigned project work
