Title : Inside Sales / Marketing Representative - 100% On site

Pay : $29 / hr

Location : South Charlotte, NC 28273

Contract length : Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities :

• Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries
• Process repair paperwork, orders, and quotes
• Provide accurate and timely customer quotes, often for large capital equipment (including million-dollar quotes)
• Manage heavy email communications and quoting
• Perform data entry and manage customer records
• Expedite orders and follow up with vendors
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel for various administrative tasks
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• No outbound calling required
