The Temporary Mail Courier will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations across the organization. This position involves collaborating with multiple departments and providing support as needed. The Temporary Mail Courier will coordinate incoming ballots and correspondence for the Early Voting Division and support interdepartmental deliveries safely and efficiently in the Recorder’s Office. This cross-functional position will also support divisional operations within early voting (Signature Verification, Curing, etc.). The ideal candidate will be adaptable, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have the ability to learn new tasks quickly. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad experience within the organization and contribute to various initiatives.
About Us
The Maricopa County Recorder’s Office (MCRO) is responsible for maintaining the Maricopa County voter registration records and for administering over elections in partnership with the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. The MCRO also maintains the permanent public record of over 50 million documents dating back to 1871, including deeds, plat maps, and a variety of other important documents. Our office serves over 2.5 million registered voters as well as 4.4 million residents across Maricopa County.
