Sweet James is looking for experienced Pre Litigation Personal Injury attorneys to join our team— PI experience is required.

This role is based in our Newport Beach office. Los Angeles residents may qualify for a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite, 3 days remote), though this option is currently only available for LA-based candidates.

As part of our team, you'll work directly with the firm's partners, gaining hands-on experience in litigation, client advocacy, marketing, and case strategy. If you're a driven attorney eager to excel in a high-performing, results-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you!

• A California-licensed attorney ready to take on meaningful cases.
• Strong communication and client service skills —our clients come first.
• Passion for helping those who are up against large corporations and insurance companies .

• Bonus points if you're bilingual or have a multi-jurisdiction license .
