Seeking Experienced Gutter Installer - Future Crew Leader (Jacksonville, FL)

This is an experienced position, and the ultimate candidate will have at least 2 years of gutter installation experience, as well as skilled carpentry and / or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees.

Requirements :

• 2+ years gutter installation experience (preferably as Lead Installer)
• 2+ years experience in skilled carpentry and / or exterior construction
• Positive attitude & Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions / seasons; OK with heights; willingness to work some overtime occasionally
• Interest in growing with the company - future leadership opportunities
• OSHA 10 / 30 - preferred
• Previous experience specifically related to gutter services / installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus!

Compensation : Hourly Position ($20 - $35) Salary commensurate with experience; pay range includes weekly opportunities to earn performance bonuses and overtime.
