Position Overview :
The Clinical Director is a key leadership role responsible for the overall clinical quality, integrity, and operational efficiency of our ABA services. This individual will provide clinical oversight, supervise staff, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and manage the day-to-day clinical operations in both our center and community-based settings. The ideal candidate is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D or BCBA) with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Clinical Leadership & Oversight :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions) to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized, research-based client programs.
- Analyze client progress data and make data-driven decisions to update and optimize treatment plans.
- Maintain a small, direct client caseload, performing assessments and supervising cases as needed.
- Ensure all clinical practices meet the ethical guidelines of the BACB and other relevant regulatory bodies.
Staff Management & Supervision :
Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical interns.Conduct weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings to ensure ongoing professional development.Oversite of performance reviews for clinical staff conducted every six months.Manage scheduling and clinical assignments for in-center and in-home services.Operational & Administrative Duties :
Manage insurance correspondence, including pre-authorization requests and ongoing communication with funding sources.Oversee safety management protocols and ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.Coordinate and manage center cleaning duties and maintenance.Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new clinical staff.Client & Family Collaboration :
Lead weekly parent training meetings and provide regular progress updates to families.Foster strong, collaborative relationships with parents and caregivers to ensure generalization of skills.Schedule :
Primary Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM (In-Center)Additional Duty : Once per week, supervise in-home clients from 4 : 30 PM - 6 : 30 PM.Benefits & Perks :

Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.Current BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standing.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience providing ABA services, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Significant experience conducting assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc.), developing treatment plans, and managing complex cases.Proficiency in data analysis and clinical decision-making.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in insurance correspondence and parent training.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
