Aerospace Transparencies Program Manager - Hybrid

Sylmar, CA

Hybrid role – 3 days onsite at Sylmar, CA, 2 days remote. Reports to Global Program Director, Transparencies.

Oversee end-to-end program lifecycle for aerospace transparencies on fixed wing and rotorcraft (military & commercial). Drive schedules, budgets, quality, cross-functional execution and customer interface.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management from concept to sunset, managing gates 2-7, budgets and timelines.
• Develop detailed program plans, schedules, budgets and monitor progress.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, R&D and procurement teams.
• Maintain customer communications and negotiate technical changes.
• Support NPI efforts : product design, tooling, EMD / LRIP / FRP documentation and capital funding.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, MIL-STD and internal quality requirements.
• Prepare and present program status reports to senior management.

Qualifications

The base salary range for this position is $112,000 to $125,000 annually.
