A company is looking for a Payroll Process Improvement Specialist to lead the modernization and optimization of payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and design payroll processes to identify and implement improvements
Collaborate with the Finance team's data analyst to automate solutions and enhance reporting
Take ownership of updated payroll processes and serve as a subject matter expert
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Strong experience with US-based payroll processing and multi-state payroll compliance
Hands-on experience with Workday payroll and / or OneSource Virtual (OSV) services
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and complex formulas
3+ years of experience in payroll operations or payroll process improvement
Knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and reporting requirements
