Automotive Sales Representative

South Shore Subaru – A Proud Member of the VIP Automotive Group

Location : Hempstead, NY

Schedule : Full-Time | 5–6 Day Work Week | Weekend Availability

Compensation : $55,000–$120,000+ per year (inclusive of commission & bonuses)

PAID TRAINING – Previous sales experience a plus!

Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate is driven, customer-focused, and eager to build a rewarding career in automotive sales.

Responsibilities :

  • Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets for new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives
  • Explain financing options, warranty information, and optional equipment
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain strong follow-up for repeat / referral business
  • Stay informed about new products, features, and promotions

Qualifications :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, professional, and customer-oriented demeanor
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
