Ability to maintain restaurant condition and comply with policies and health standards. Experience ensuring food quality and freshness. Ability to interpret P&L and store reports to implement improvements. Proficiency in computer skills, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel. High School diploma or GED preferred, or at least one year of restaurant management experience. Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
