- Associate Degree or an equivalent level of training or experience.
- Experience at workstation deployment, workstation image creation, and management is a plus
- Possess knowledge of MS-Office products including MS Outlook and Excel.
- Be able to lift to 50lbs and push heavy carts.
- Onsite at Deloitte office with ability to work overtime, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Work You'll Do
As a Workstation Deployment Technician, you will oversee all aspects of hardware deployment, including equipment configuration, imaging, and quality assurance. You will maintain client images for laptop deployments, perform QA checks, meet deployment timelines, troubleshoot issues, track and account for all assets, maintain accurate process documentation, and recommend process improvements to leadership.
This is a 100% onsite role, requiring in-office presence five days a week. Possible overtime requirements.
Responsibilities
Receive and unbox laptops from vendor shipments promptly, ensuring devices are stocked and prepared for deployment.Maintain accurate inventory by tracking, accounting for, and documenting all assets throughout their lifecycle.Collaborate with the Asset Management and local teams to ensure equipment availability.Deploy laptops across the organization, configuring settings on both Windows and Apple devices.Collaborate with the Asset Management Team to coordinate nationwide laptop distribution and shipping, supporting regional inventory balancing efforts.Perform quality assurance and compliance checks on all equipment prior to deployment.Perform thorough quality control checks on repaired laptops to verify functionality and compliance with standards before final release.Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.Process, evaluate, and document incoming damaged laptops, ensuring accurate assessment and tracking prior to repair dispatch.Create, update, and manage ServiceNow tickets to ensure timely resolution and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).Provide general support to the Technology team, working independently and prioritizing tasks as needed.Prepare laptops for end-of-life disposal and coordinate asset disposition.Lift up to 50 lbs. and push heavy carts as required.Work overtime and occasional weekends / holidays as needed.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.Benefits :
