Dr. Alisha Das, CEO of Awake To Love, Inc. and host of the Live Your Love Podcast, is a global authority on spirituality with a focus on angels. Her work includes transformational seminars, one-on-one counseling, speaking, blogs, and podcasts, along with an upcoming two-book deal with Penguin Random House. She has been featured on major networks and media outlets and has led more than 250 transformational seminars.
We are looking for a Remote Assistant who is organized, proactive, and aligned with our mission. The right candidate will support Alisha and her co-CEO, Michael Hayes, with administrative, client, and marketing needs.

Your role as our assistant will be essential in keeping daily operations organized and running smoothly. By handling communications, client support, marketing activities, and event coordination, you will free up leadership to focus on vision and growth. Your support will be central to ensuring projects move forward efficiently and clients have an excellent experience.
Some of your responsibilities will include :
Managing the CEOs email, including prioritizing and responding as neededEditing and posting marketing emails and blogsManaging social media by scheduling posts, uploading content, responding to comments, and supporting efforts to grow engagement and followingProviding client support and follow-up, including managing individual client activity and communicationsAnswering student questions during classesSupporting content creation efforts using AI toolsManaging podcast tasks and guest preparationUpdating website content and preparing reportsAssisting with promotional work for webinars, seminars, and the upcoming book launchCoordinating travel arrangements and handling personal tasks including appointments and special projectsIn addition to the above, the ideal candidate must be / have :

This is a 1099 contractor positionBenefits include paid sick time and holidaysThe position will be 30-40 hours per weekMust be available during the hours of 9 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm PSTSome occasional evenings or weekends will be needed for eventsThe pay rate is $28 / hr. USD
