We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the law and a strong desire to advocate for clients in various legal matters. No experience in bankruptcy is required- we will train.

Responsibilities\

Review bankruptcy petition and schedules and file with the court

Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements

Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations

Assist in case preparation and management

Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases

Requirements\

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Admission to the state bar association

Good communication skills

Ability to think analytically

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $70,000.00 - $84,183.00 per year
