Position Summary : Person in this position will be responsible for the collection and recording of revenue in several distinct agency accounts. Work collaboratively with Fresno County and WestCare's residential program to ensure all eligible residents are enrolled in benefits such as TANF, CalFresh. Essential Job Functions include those listed below.

Essential Job Functions

• Responsible for the collection and recording revenue into different cost centers in QuickBooks;
• Responsible for issuing checks from local check accounts as well as the deposits and reconciliation of these accounts;
• Responsible for revenue collected in several distinct agency accounts;
• Responsible for providing monthly balance statements to residents who have a cash balance in the client funds account;
• Responsible for the disbursement of authorized withdrawals, collection of receipts.
• Responsible for the documentation of eligibility, collection and record keeping of all third party benefits for clients, i.e., TANF, CalFresh, which a client may be eligible
• Responsible for the coordination with Fresno County and WestCare's residential program to ensure all eligible residents are enrolled in benefits such as TANF, CalFresh.
• Responsible for providing backup for the Front Desk as needed;
• Responsible for maintaining an organized environment.
• Responsible to provide Fresno County the facility admissions report, Calfresh applications and the monthly reconciliation report.
• Responsible for the management of the Calfresh allowment withdrawls and record all transactions.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.
