Surgical Technologist – Direct Hire | Up to $20K Sign-On Bonus!

Location : Central Illinois

Pay Range : $27–$38 / hr (Surg Tech I & II)

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $20,000

Relocation Assistance : Case-by-case basis

Seeking Certified Surgical Technologists to join a highly respected regional medical center offering advanced surgical care across multiple specialties, including trauma, pediatrics, transplant, robotics, and more.

What You’ll Do

Set up and maintain a sterile operating environment

Assist surgeons during routine and complex procedures

Scrub for a variety of cases : vascular, ortho, OB / GYN, EENT, plastics, urology, and more

Anticipate surgical team needs for instruments and supplies

Serve as a resource and mentor to peers and trainees

What You Bring

Graduate of an Accredited Surgical Technology Program

Knowledge of anatomy, aseptic technique, and modern surgical practices

Strong collaboration and communication skills

4+ months of OR training preferred (orientation provided) - new grads encouraged to apply!
