Responsibilities

• Accurately enter tenant and building leasing performance related data into Salesforce
• Review commercial office, retail, and broadcasting lease agreements to ensure all lease terms are accurately reflected in lease approval documents
• Maintain updated reports and stacking plans for assigned properties
• Update assigned quarter-end and reoccurring portfolio reports including sublease tracking, comparisons to approved leasing assumptions, leasing process timeframe, prebuilt analysis, etc.
• Collaborate with the application development team in building Power Bi dashboards for the leasing team
• Assist with creating quarterly presentations for senior leadership
• Coordinate with other departments such as leasing, legal, property management, project management and lease administration to ensure data accuracy
• Responsible for other reporting specialized tasks and projects at the direction of the Senior Manager, Leasing Insights & Analytics

Well-Being

$85,000 - $95,000 a year. Salary is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, job location, size of property where applicable, and / or certifications. In addition to your base salary, ESRT provides discretionary annual bonuses.
