Description : Position Summary :

The Part-Time Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure the hotel’s facilities, equipment, and systems are safe, functional, and meet Hyatt standards. This role supports the overall guest experience by maintaining a clean, efficient, and safe environment.

3pm - 11pm Shift , 2 - 3 nights

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform preventative maintenance, routine inspections, and general repairs on hotel systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
• Assist in setup and maintenance of hotel equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
• Follow all safety procedures and hotel policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and report unresolved issues to the Chief Engineer or Supervisor.
• Support special projects, renovations, or emergency repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and superior guest experiences.
